Spectator/Volunteer Covid Screening Form

Spectators and Volunteers should complete the form linked above each day they attend the State Meet.   If you answer yes to either of the last two questions, you may not come to the race venue.

Course and Stadium Information

The anticipated courses for the 2021 State Meet are posted below.   Trails run in a counter-clockwise direction.  The two interactive maps will take you to the Garmin Connect site and allows you to zoom in/out and synchronizing the elevation profile with the map.   You can download the route to your GPS device or phone for use at the venue.

State Meet Gear Available – extended purchase opportunity

Get your 2021 State Meet gear by placing an order before the State Meet and picking it up on race weekend at the Birkie Start Area.    We have a variety of gear available  that can view by clicking on the order forms.   Print the form and follow the instructions for reserving your gear now.   We do not plan to have gear available for purchase at the race, so get your order in by the dates indicated on the order form to assure you get your special edition gear.

Also, be sure to check out the raffle prizes this year.   We have a nice collection of Nordic gear and other winter stuff that are sure to please.   Tickets can be purchased ahead of the race weekend and you do not need to be present to win.   The link below has purchase instructions

Race results will be posted on the Performance Timing website, including start lists as they are announced.

 

Race Venue Information

  • The Great Hall will be closed to public access.
  • Portable restroom facilities will be available.
  • Everyone, including spectators, skiers, coaches and volunteers will be expected to wear masks while on the venue grounds.   Skiers will be allowed to remove them while racing.
  • Parking is more then adequate and close to the stadium.
  • If you want to lend your services, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities available. Check the website link below for the volunteer registration website.

Want To Volunteer?

If you would like to volunteer in some role at the State Meet, go to our volunteer registration website and see if there are positions you would like to work. You can sign-up directly online at the SignUp.com website.   As an added benefit to volunteering, the Wisconsin Nordic Development Group will donate money to your favorite ski team at $8 for each hour worked.   When you sign in at the venue, just tell us what team you are representing.
